With regards to the oil cooler, you will just need to swap sumps and take off the sandwich plate where the oil filter is and use the shorter bolts from your engine. Easy, I wouldn't worry about that.
 
a few years ago when i had a 2A i bought a 5 bearing engine without the oil cooler.we couldnt find a bolt the right size to block the extra hole in the sump until we found an old spark plug fitted perfect.problem solved
