Has anyone used a fitter in London for parking sensors onto the Defenders metal bumpers ? Looking for recommendations from those with a good experience.
Thanks in advance

why not buy a self adhesive kit and fit them yourself? It'd only be 2 wires to connect and will save yourself a fortune.

If you want a recessed kit the cutterthat comes in the kit will cut through a defender front bumper and again takes just 2 wires to connect. You are better off putting a front sensor on a switch cos otherwise the thing goes off every time a pedestrian crosses the road while you're sat in traffic.

DIY kits are around £10-£30 each

i 've fitted a few of these DIY kits and they are simple. do as suggested above it takes about an hour to do the first time and the drill bit you need comes with the kit last one i did came from maplins £20

:hysterically_laughi Or better still, when he stops yelping! :D

Your naughty, but I like you;)

Brocade, as an alternative (and dearer) option, have you considered a rear view camera mounted above your rear door, with a mirror monitor clipped over your rear view mirror. Im looking at one of these systems. They can be had for about £150 for a decent one. Id have it permenantly on and use it as a rear view mirror.

Not as yet, Im still researching it. When I get home I'll send you some links to suppliers ive spoken to.

I'm going to be an arse, and tell you that it'd be a lot cheaper to learn how to drive properly :p :lalala:
