There are lots and lots of different products and methods around and having a quick search I am wondering what peoples preferred method is on here.
I have just fitted a new to me a disco 200tdi into my 110 using the same rad as the old disco 200tdi that was fitted. This one seems to run a little hotter, both on the gauge, and the thermostatically controlled fan being on more often. Before doing anything else I am going to do a chemical flush to see if that improves things (I have already back flushed rad and block with water).
I am also in the same position with an overheating mga (may have seen my thread in AG regarding old petrol engines). once again it has been flushed back flushed with water but when I get it running again am thinking a chemical flush cannot hurt.
