you have to undo the roof first then take it off and then you undo the bolts on the seat box, and remove it, then you undo the bolts on the tub, then you remove it, job done, reverse the process to put it back together

then you go to yer auto leccy place and buy some connectors to join the rear light wires where you rippped them out.

So roof, rear light wiring, seat box and then finally the tub. Does one need to remove the fuel filler pipe and then unbolt the tank last - or does it come away with the body?

Thanks for answering, I'm still trying to learn my way about the landy and I apologise if I'm asking a) daft questions and b) boring questions asked a million times previously!

disconnect the filler pipe and it should just pullorf with the tub you can leave the tank in place
