While fitting a new window today I was in the mood to tinker about and I desided to check my rear door speakers as they don't work I unscrewed everything pulled out speakers there all connected so I traced back to rear drivers side just under rear lights there is a purple and green wire that isn't connected to anything seem to have a red plug in them and there is a black cylinder with 7 pins in that is also not connected to anything. You may have found the connections for the tow electrics, and "how I can get speakers in the door working" I haven't a clue on that one, it depends on what's wrong.

towing electrics seem tight underneath the cylinder dont seem to go anywhere if so i can't see where it should be connected.
