has any body here swapped/replaced a rear quater panels on a disco 300

iv managed to source a shell for my panels ( i had an incident with a large tree stump whilst off roading)

Just wondering what the hardest part you found was.

also what adhesive did/would you use to rebond the new panel on.
 
Helped a mate replace both rear quarters on his 5 door. not to bad, couple of bolts, inside above the window, couple of screws on the rear, couple of pop rivits also. we used skick-a-flex to seal it back on with

cheers for the help guys, im hoping to tackle this in the next few weeks so may do a how too seems a common ask but not much detail around it :)
