Hi, I am rebuilding a 110 tub for a CSW and I was wondering if I should find someone to spot weld the new panels on the rear in or glue them in? Anyone have experience with this? I would appreciate the help.

Welding ally to steel is a bit difficult. Try poprivetting them in. Use sealant before assembly

I'm about to do similar. I have a donor tub for capping and floor from a scrappy. But I will need to buy a new n/s rear panel.

I was going to pop rivet the mew panel in with a bead of silk a flex between it and the seat box / side panel. Will that be Ok?

From my fabricating experience, PU40 (polyurethane Adhesive) or Tigerseal if bonded bare metal to metal is stronger than any spot-weld. I would stick a pop-rivet here and there for a nice tight joint and ease.

Thanks for the help, I have been using Tigerseal on some other items. Im happy I made the right choice. And thank you everyone for the help.
