Greetings Landy Family,

Looking for some tips on what to test/replace... My driver side rear turn indicator as well as hazard lights are not working. Can you give shoot me a list of items to begin the troubleshooting chain? I’ve done a good amount of mechanical work but I haven’t done electrical before.

Blessings,

Shane

The switch might be knackered, dunno what model yours is but had 200tdi defs and 90s and the switches on all of them were very fragile. (of course I might just be heavy handed)

bulb,
earth,
Connection in the light fitting for the bulb (if old model)
Switch
Hazard Swtich.

Get a circuit tester. (nail with LED bulb and a wire) and once you take the bulb out you can work backwards finding where the circuit fails.

Sounds like a hazard switch to me. They are a bit pants, but cheap and easy to replace.
Edited to say: Looking at your post again, do you mean the indicator on the outside of the vehicle is not working - or the one on the dash?
If it's the one outside and all the others are working, I'd look at where it picks up power from the rear wiring loom - behind the small panel in the drivers side rear tub.
