Can anyone tell me what the metal blocks called with the 2 threaded holes on for the bolts that go through the mounting brackets directly behind the bulkhead, Also i think my rear door is missing something for the stay to attach to it? it was like this when i bought it?

There are two kinds of rear door stay - you have a mix of parts from both. You need the later stay - have a look here.
