I already have a 4 bolt prop on the vehicle. I bought the diff as mine is in poor order, and the 3 bolt diff was local so took a chance and bought it, so was hoping to just bang the 4 bolt flange on it with minimum fuss.

Bugger it, will see if my 4 bolt flange is long or short, and if it isn't I will just rebuild the diff. I don't fancy putting new flanges on an old diff only for it to leak in a few thousand miles!
