any one done one what i want to know is, is it like a hub seal were you just flick the old out and push the new one in or do you have to take the sump of and realease the crank. thanks.

on a 200 tdi
 
If it's anything like the 300 tdi it's gearbox out clutch and fly wheel off then remove the seal holder and refit new on which come built into alloy casing!
