I want to repair a couple of holes and some damage in rear bumper and would like to coat it. Can you add a dye to the fibreglass resin or is it better to paint bumper with some coating/ Which coating is best? Thanks.

IMO better repair it then polish/finish it and paint it completely cos you'll not be able to bring the fiberglass to the same colour as the bumper, i used "Autotek AT00BTB500 500ml Bumper and Trim Spray Paint - Black" (google it out) , i can recommend it without remorse

They do Upol Raptor in a spray can now and gives a slightly smoother finish than a Shultz gun. Will also cover little imperfections in the repairs if needed. Not everyones cup of tea I know but another option.
