I know there are a lot of threads on this, and I have searched yes, but I have not found specific answers to my questions so wondered if anybody could help:

I want to fit folding rear bench seats to my 90, for occasional use, I have this past week had to rescue several people, and they just sat in the back.

I know I can buy the benches from Paddocks, but they dont come with belts.

Question 1: Can they be bought as a kit with seat belts from anywhere?

Question 2: If they are fitted with belts do I have to advise insurance company?

Question 3: Has anyone else actually done this?

My 90 is a K reg1993 200 tdi hard top.

bench seats don't require belts and lap belts on side facing seats will seriously injure peeps in the event of an accident.

Is it legal to carry people sat just on the wheel arches in a 90?

Yes law doesn't say what the seats have to be made of.

They come up on E-blag pretty regularly, often with belts, might be worth a look.

i have some in my yard and lots of lap belts... give us a shout mate, i`m in berks
