As said it's not running because some numpty who should have kept well away from it started butchering the wiring to retrieve the lpg kit.

Since then the rad oil cooler etc have been taken out.

It was originally taken off the road due to body rot

It's a 98 on an R

Just after an idea of value for the engine please?

Thanks

Probably not a lot. The last one in similar condition I tried to sell I ended up giving it away.

So it's not 'not running' as such (as in buggered), so theoretically you could sell it as working, just untested? That's a big difference if someones looking for just an engine.

Other than that it'll make a very nice coffee table I suppose. I would love to do that but someone in the house may have different thoughts

If anyone here is interested. It was converted to LPG. I know nothing about LPG conversations but I do know it has at least one poss 2 underslung tanks next to the sills.

As said. It is untested. It's on the Devon Cornwall border.

In my day it would have been 'several plastic OBE's, a drip-dry portrait of Jane Mansfield & a ticket to Hampstead fair ground' Sorry, just reminiscing! On a more sensible note - is anyone likely to buy an engine that can't be heard running, especially a 94mm bore RV8?
I think the coffee table idea is the most realistic.
