I want to get a set of series deluxe seats recovered, and was quoted about £150 a seat. Now that seems quite excessive anyone had any covered or know a good upholsterer in or around Essex.

I've just checked, and it was £160 + 20 postage on ebay about a year ago (I was bought it by the wife for last Christmas!). I can't see Sam's on ebay at the moment, but Dr evils link will give you their contact details. I bought some stuff from them directly later, spoke to Sam on the phone & she's very good to deal with!

Another vote for Sams Trim...especially if you go for the heated seat option. Helps dry out the leaks.

Try Goldsmith upholstery in ipswich. Only a few minutes up the road and they used to do a lot of our lambretta scooter seats for about £50 so a series can't be much more than that?

Hi Graham, haven,t you seen the series deluxe seats, just like the fender ones but not as comfortable, I think "deluxe" is a tad optimistic from LR.
