2003 LR freelander 2.5L KV6, not running properly, stalling... have rechecked timing three times? is there something i could possible be missing through this procedure? any reset of some sort for the engine ...etc?

Why do you suspect timing???/ Have you had engine apart prior to problem starting???
Could be many things .....give a bit of history of problem
