You need a program that can mount an iso image. Go here and d/l the free version of daemon tools and install. https://www.daemon-tools.cc/products/dtLite

Could be switchpack but other than that I think they are driven from the BECM. Got a vague memory of someone on here, possibly from Scotland, fixing it.
