ahh ok. ive heard they are easy to fit, but what about all the wiring for radio, CB radio and other gadets?? was that easy or tricky? I gave them a ring and they could fit it for me but its miles away! Ive also had a look at some other units such as the MUD one, but you have to make the holes yourself. So im still yet to decide!! cheers

I can recommend the raptor dash, but make sure that you check, and double check your mearurements before you cut anything. Their template wasn't quite perfect, However the hole they cut in the front panel for my CB was absolutely spot on. (after supplying them with the make and model)

As for the wiring, It's quite straightforward, but If your not completely confident about doing it yourself, then find someone that is. There is nothing more embarrasing than having somebody pointing and laughing at your melted mess! :hysterically_laughi

Hope this helps, Dave

I got one of these a few month back and totally love it. Very easy to fit, very sturdy and I think it looks much better then the MUD one. Wireing was pretty easy, I have never done it before but managed it without any fires so far. Also fitted carling switches and took a feed from the headlight switch so they all light up with the lights. Fancy or waht.

Well worth the money and very fast delivery.

I had one in the 90. wish I'd taken the fooker out before I sold it now

**** easy to fit and lots of room for relays wiring etc inside.

One of the things I love about Land Rovers is the wiring, even the standard wiring is understandable (maybe not TD5 and onwards!); as for additions and upgrades, its easy, and fun!
