Hi all been away a while but am back for at least a week.
I'm in need of some advice. I was after a second Landy to replace the standard eurobox and complement the Series. I was thinking 90/110. However, my good lady has her heart set on a RR classic or P38. Now here's the rub; I owned a P38 a couple of years ago and got bitten quite badly - gas springs, front and rear and then the valve block went. Living in the middle east only original parts were available = kin expensive.
So before I go and ask the RR guys, they'll all tell me to sell the series and buy two, what do the owners of real Landies think? Is a RR Classic a viable option for daily use by my wife and by me when I fancy a bit of comfort at the weekend. How much do you think I should be looking at if such a beast exists, given that I'll have a budget of up to 6k.
Advice from those who understand landies greatly appreciated.
Oh and will my Series blow up in a fit of jelousy the moment another Landy arrives?
