Range rover vogue, I just bought a week ago. I came back from collecting put diesel in as the light came on dash put 25 squids worth, then put about 25l of cooking oil in. Must have picked up the bits at bottom of the tank and blocked filters, changed/replaced fuel filter at front of the vehicle there's 3 of them getting a replacement for the little 1 underneath the vehicle. It won't go above 3500 revs when I hold foot down on gas pedal. Now it won't go above 15 mph. Need to weld underneath and put on rust killer and spay it with underseal. It ran great all the way back from collecting it from the seller. I'm very sure it picked up dirt from bottom of diesel tank and blocked the filters . As we were desperate for money had to put in cooking oil. As spent 2k on new motor.

As far as i have read and know you cant run veg in the l322 td6 its a common rail engine with electronic injectors and are not suitable for cooking oil, the older p38 dossel with the m51 engine is the last that will.

According to the manual there are 3 pumps and 1 filter. A google search shows lots of hits saying cooking oil is a no no, and given your figures I reckon your roughly on a 50/50 mix.
IMO it's cooking oil and not crap picked up from the bottom of the tank. If it were mine I'd drain what I could from the tank and put fresh in, change the filter and hope I hadn't knackered the HP fuel pump.
