right i have found out the two wires that should be live and there not there live at fuse but not when coming out main fuse box when you power one it turns car over the other just sparks any ideas anyone please !!!
Did you check relay 19 for function as advised?

yes checked it as advised and working as should but no power coming out fuse box

Fuse box problems are common on the P38. I you replace it make sure you get the correct one, they are year, fuel and engine dependant.

have tried three now from landy grave yard this last one come off can same year and was running when took in but on my car i have no lights when locking and still no check engine light
Get yourself a Nanocom.

Might be the same year but what about fuel type. Check the part number on your old one.

same year engine type was out of 97 4.6 petrol gem engine i dont have hazard lights when locking car now
That is a function of the BECM. As i said before get yourself a Nanocom.
