Hi please help
I have a range rover l322 2007 v8
Having problems starting it been going on for for roughly 3 months
Car would start first thing in morning drove to work get back in to return home turn ignition on lights come on but won't turn over keep trying eventually starts now it's getting worse I start it go for a drive switch off Then try to restart same thing won't turn over seems to be when it's worm ??
Been in garage replaced starter relay ignition checked wiring still the same

When you say it will not start, do you mean it does not crank or it cranks but doesn't start? A low battery will cause all sorts of problems.
The ignition switch is a known failure item on some L322 models

Fitted new battery and ignition switch still the same
 
But still check battery, they are not always fully charged when you get them, then you can eliminate it

Won't crank over did eventually turnover after roughly 10 mins would start but getting worse now I have to leave it for 2-3hours go back to it turn key fires straight away first turn

If it will not crank, it points to an electronic problem, the only way forward is diagnostics.
If the battery is new and it cranks after leaving it for 2/3 hours the battery is unlikely to be the problem. Batteries lose power with time.
You could look for water ingress anywhere but particularly in the nearside rear quarter.
