OK, simple question - how do I adjust the seat? See attached picture - has the seat adjustments been taken off or am I just being dense? (Not much light to check).

It's been taken off - there should be a square pod that sits where that hole is with two elongated in the shape of a seat on top for adjusting seat
Thats the bad news - the really bad news is they cost about £100 each side to replace !

Mmm ... looking at just replacing the seats with a set of ebay.

buying that complete et of seats will work out cheaper than replacing the switches and the seat leather looks better!
