Hi there,
good question about value. I have owned and sold many commandos and TACR2 over the years. Last Commando i got my hand on I paid just £1000 for but it was a bit of a dog. All of the Commandos/TACR's have intrest value to collectors an enthusiasts. I have also got hold of TACR around 1988/99 at auction for around £1500 but generally they are pretty poor as the foam compund used by the RAF rots the chassis and sills.
Yours will most porably be 6x4 but dont let that you put you down. With the exception of the bumper mounted pump its look like its all there and just needs some love. (should be able to get a pump for around 100 to 200 pounds)
Fire spotters are notoriuos for wanting every thing for £1, bargin hard.
Commandos and TACR's make good collectors vehicles, easy to store, no HGV required parts are not too bad.
If i were selling it I would push for £2000 and hope to get £1500 in an as is condition.
Hope that helps, you can contact me if you want more info
