My 99 T reg has the plaque on the door shuts on both passenger and drivers door which says "Land Rover - 1948 1998, Vogue 50, 73". Under the bonnet, a plaque with "Land Rover Special Vehicles, Lode Lane (etc)", the Paint Code is blank, it doesn't say Autobography anywhere on that plate.
Inside, the only thing bearing the Autobiography script is on the piece of wood surrounding where the VHS/DVD player would be if someone hadn't removed it! It does have Sony screens in the head rests (and all he wiring is there), it has a Phillips Car-in sat nav (non working, it ejects discs, including genuine Land Rover ones) then tells me there is no disc! Harman Kardon speaker thing in the back with the Range Rover 6CD changer in the bottom, which won't connect to the radio as the cable has a din plug, but no din plug on the back of the radio, which is the cassette/radio often seen for sale on e-bay.
The previous owner sold it as an Autobiography, which was neither here nor there, really,
as it has all the toys, if only they all worked. Oh, and it is on LPG, never had any problem with it, and regularly get 16mpg tank to tank on regular cross country runs to Oxford.
So, is it an Autobiography or ot? It certainly is a Vogue 50.
