Hello all

Found these on my new disco 1(see photos) what are they and why the tape to hold the switch down on one and why would the other be disconnected?

Two possible suggestions:

Bonnet switch for triggering an intruder alarm.
Bonnet switch for a light over the engine.

The third wire is disconnected because ...






there's nowhere for it to go.

But there is.. opposite it, I should just try it but any thing could happen, especially with my luck.

Thank god for the swear filter, now I can tell you what the wife said when I bought the disco home "you ####ing #### your sleeping on the ####ing sofa until the world stops ####ing turning, you arsehole."
