Right then 2nd problem now. After the airbag light coming on and now going off, the radio has gone missing ! It was working fine then I stopped and put some juice in. Started back up and heard a bit of crackling but no sounds. To be fair to the seller he said the radio didn't work but was when I purchased it. On the on board computer it seems like it's not picking it up. There is no option to select the radio. I'm thinking a dodgy connection somewhere but wouldn't know where to start
Is this another job for the allcomms ?

Check rear cubby hole for connections to the amp
They can get corroded up causing problems as water leaks in that area

Thank you. Have just been reading up on this, seems common as muck... Is there a fix to stop the ingress ?

LR Fix was a branded plastic bag (and I am not kidding!)
