Bad news. All the free services were fakes that either wanted £20 or to download some very questionable content. Only found a couple of genuine sites, all over £20. I'd rather put the money towards a modern unit.

I will call Swindon tomorrow and also try ebay PayPal options.

£100 is way more than its worth. No need for a service. If the solution has to involve shipping, it"s time to search for a reasonably priced replacement.

Bit late to the party:rolleyes: But on youtube ,under rangerover p38 radio aux port, Its an older one but he says can be done to other models of clarion ,If your any good with a soldering gun.........;).....RR
 
Hi 2r, not quite flowing you (I'm often slow to catch up). After 6 months, I finally got round to taking the lid off. Who is the guy recommending the soldering approach? I'm still keen to learn.

I never thought buckfast was a port ,but in some circles it is just the tonic :D:D:D:D...Were you the one that wiped the top of the bottle twice with yer sleeve:rolleyes::rolleyes:.......R.

That sounds like me,I'm just back from the wine circle,we meet every morning at 9 o clock in the local park if anyone is interested. :D:D:D
