You may want to go introduce yourself first in the introduction part of the forum. Folk get touchy with one post wonders who bugger off when they get what they want.

yep dealer is a good idea, you'd be surpised how helpful they can be with some things

Is it a LR radio. If so the code should as said above be accessible from the dealer. Hope you get it sorted.

If you can't get it from dealer,I got my code off e-bay for a couple of quid all you have to do is supply name of radio and serial number and they send the code back in e-mail.
