Watch for oil coming out and be carefull not to strip the thread when putting oil lines back on

its easy, remove hoses from the radiator, take off the top brackets undo the shroud around the fan, lift out radiator

+1, Im assuming its the same as a 300tdi :confused: I did my new rad in about an hour, start to finish the other day, and I haven't got a bloody clue:rolleyes::D:D
Don't forget to buy new anti-freeze before you start, otherwise you might realise you haven't got any 10mins after all the shops have shut:doh::doh::doh::doh::D

Be very careful when getting the small bleed hoses off , easy to damage the spigots . Expect it to be heavy , as it is. :)

Thanks to you all for the advice. I don't have a fan shroud as it runs on twin Kenlowe's. Having looked closely at the set up it seems as if the rad will lift up past the fan's without the need to take them off...at least I hope that it will !!
