When i order the modified filter for my freelander do i need both new plastic filter part and new cover or can i just get the internal part on it's own? cheers in advance

I just got the internal filter. Went in fine.

Not a problem, it fits in the original cap with no issues. think i put mine on the engine and then put the cover over that but i cant remember.

Keep rinsing my cloth one with turps but i think it's about time i stopped being tight and up grade!

I seem to recall that some folk had to make a notch for it to fit, but only certain models.
Someone way more clecer may know.
