Just fitted a 300tdi into my 1995 RRC LWB. Bits for the 300tdi not abundant here.
I have removed and blocked off the EGR, will install a custom de-cat exhaust.
My truck came equipped with ABS brakes. Is there any other reason to keep the vacuum pump on the 300tdi? Is there a block-off plate available if I choose to remove it?
I am also looking for the following new parts:
1. Set of hoses from the intercooler to the turbo, and
2. Set of radiator/coolant hoses.
I also need a front pipe and gasket. I don't need the entire front pipe, but could use just a short section as long as I have the flange (where it attaches to the exhaust manifold) and gasket.

Do not remove the vacum pump,it has nothing to do with abs,if you remuve it your brakes will feel like you are triing to stop a train,it simply just makes the efort on the pedal alolt easier

if the 300tdi has been chucked into the rrc and im assuming that it used to be a V8 wont you need the vacuum tank as well for the breaking system to work properly or is that not a standard fitting cause i have a vacuum on my disco?????????????????
