Finally installing the Gwynn Lewis kit.

7am Saturday.
Just look at that lovely frame.

Here we go.

Slowly coming apart

Frikin RUSTY BOLTS slowed down progress.

Pretty!

Yummy!

And the rear.

6pm! Thats as far as we got thanks to all the rusty bolts.
We will have a torch on Monday and finish it all up.

BTW, any idea what these are for? They came with the GL kit.

That is one posh garage floor!:lol: BTW, are they the bush's for the new radius arms.

The radius arms came with the bushings installed.

As for the floor, nothings too good for my Pumkin!

Hurricane was not too bad in the Bahamas, not like in the U S.

Question.

The shock turrets are longer that the stock turrets so they poke up further.
So now the original turret covers will not work.

Are there any aftermarket covers that will accommodate the extra length?

I'm yet to see any, unless you could fabricate something yourself. I leave mine off, although it throws some mud into the engine bay, I can stick the pressure washer down from the top after playing in the mud.

The rear shock mount has 3 positions that can be used.

What is the difference?
