Hi lads, I seen a psi powerfix box on a car at the scrappieis today and I was wondering if it will fit any car or is it chipped just for that car is it worth my while taken it,cheers pat

Will be for any car of that age, with that engine I would have thought.

If your car is the same make/model, of similar age with the same engine then yes, if your car is totally different, then no.

hi lads, there is two plugs on it and a hose that must fit somewhere any ideas, cheers pat.

The hose goes to the boost pressure control valve (think thats what its called) basically on the fuel filter housing at the top theres a little black "box" that has a plug and a rubber hose on it... thats where it goes... or you could email psi motor sport in belguim and they will give you fitting instructions. good luck:D

Manifold absolute presure sensor, the psi pipe needs tee ing into the MAP pipe.
PSI boxes vary according to the year of the P38, no pipe on mine.

hi datatek, there is two plug ins on the box plus the hose where does the plug in go to,and i will pm you about the eas cable when i get my paypal up and running again.cheers pat.

If you look under the inlet manifold on the top of the FIP, you will see a round connector, it's hard to get at, it's a bayonet type you twist the ring to realease it. One power box connector goes into the socket on the FIP and the other connects to the plug you have just removed:D
If your P38 has an EGR, then I suspect you have the wrong power box, won't do any harm to try it tho.
