You're very welcome to travel up with us mate, no worries. We're now looking at making a 'comfortable' weekend of it and hoteling somewhere, Travelodge maybe, or even Youth hostel, but again, don't know yet. Juliets coming up with some options.

Can't be bothered to read all the thread (too much waffling) to see where everyone else is staying ...
 
some are staying at our place, mums doing a 7% discount on rooms for those staying, if not theres a travel lodge about 11 miles away
 
As there is a few up for camping is there anywhere ( campsite ) open close? I have try'd searching but can't find any open till march, is there a good wild camp area close? If not might have to resort to travel lodge or similar

I have no choice but to camp as got a mate tagging along with me and the son so needs to be cheapest option for us :(
But that does not bother me about camping all fun at end of the day.
Will find some place to pitch the tent lol.
Booked time off work ready for this trip.
