Hi

Well I have owned my RR for 2 days now and all is fine and I am blissfully happy with it apart from lol....

The whole display where the aircon info is displayed is dark and wont display any info, the aircon and stuff works but the display is not displaying anything lol...

Any ideas? The car has full waranty with LR dealership, but I live on an island so it is much easier if it is a known simple fault to take a look myself before taking a day trip to the mainland.

Well I hope its a simple thing to fix, and hope to get some easy to follow advice (I am a woman LOL) on what to do next....

BTW I forget to say it has been working since picking it up from LR just today around 3pm decided not too!

Sounds like the bulb that lights the screen has gone. Easy enough to fix, see LCD Backlight Repair

Congrats on the new car!
The display not lighting up "normally " isnt much of a problem..Theres a very good chance its just the back light bulb! The bulb costs pennies,but takes about 30 mins to change.....
If you really look close,can you make out the digits very faint?
If you can,i'll write you a quick "walk through" guide how to change it...
