Just started having an issue with the central locking. The key fob opens all doors except drivers door but will lock all doors. The central console button gives the same results. Any easy/simple ideas please?

It'll be the driver's door lock solenoid that has failed. Change whole lock assembly is best fix as solenoid is part of the lock. Not difficult but bit fiddly. Instructions in Rave manual.

I'd get a new one. Second hand will be worn too. Solenoid contacts get burnt. About £38 new and as it is fiddly to do you don't want to be losing your knuckles twice!!

They seem to have gone up in price since I did mine!! Try Matford Land Rover in Exeter. They post out free usually.

Yes the key works fine, twas strange how it just went with no warning. Fine before tea the 30 minutes later it stopped working

Key on driver's door is mechanical so not through central locking.

I see there are different versions of my model, 314 359 etc without sounding silly, how do I find out which mine is?
