Any brainiacs out there, this is what i want to do

..is there a way that i can get a mower ( petrol, Hayter with roller, so pretty heavy ) into the 90 for when I'm cutting lawns. Don't really want to get a little trailer as i'll have nowhere secure to keep it whilst not in use, also they are a ****e to reverse in our tiny Cornish lanes lol. Don't really want to chop the 90 for a van- when i'll still be in the same predicament.
Obviously ( although I'm awesome lol ) there's no way i'd be able to lift it ...so I'm thinking winch inside attached to the bulkhead bit behind the seats ...obviously can't use a boat winch thing as they have a handle that needs to go round, so that wont work ...any ideas?

cream teas by post for ideas that actually work ..:D

Can I run a leccy winch inside if i've already got one wired up to the battery at the front?

Yes you'll only be running one at a time.. would only need to be an ickle one to haul the mower up a ramp anyway..

attacharack

not joking - google it

raspberry jam please

eh! not bad ...just need to make sure it would take the weight - which I'm sure it would as those mobility scooters are pretty heavy - if you've ever had your toes run over by an out-of-control geriatric maniacal OAP :eek:

Did you want cream with that Sir ...oh and we only do strawberry jam ...this isn't Devon yer know tch

If it's a power driven mower, do you need a winch? Can you not just drive it up a ramp?

Well it did cross my mind ....but it seems awfully steep ...i will have a go with our mower here which is the biggest roller hayter at 48" cut, I'm after the 41" so it may work ...do you think a bit of marine ply would be ok for a ramp?

I trust that you mean 41 centimetres

Thinking out loud here...
The problem with any solution involving a ramp is that the ramp has to be short enough to fit in the 90 so that it can be used at the destination. That means it will be very steep, unless it folds in half.
There are some foldable ramps available, designed for wheelchair use I believe.
I'd guess Google is your friend.

you taking the **** DT ( again) ...
