Just want to say a big thank you for everyone's advice so far.

Hi guys,

So far so good, I could not find an actual cut off valve so I just turned the lpg system off on the dash, drove to work and at lunch time I noticed some coolant loss but when I took the cap off only a very small amount of pressure was released, so I topped up to level, drove home and everything was fine coolant was bang on the mark.

So now just to be 100% I'm going to drive to work on petrol and if it is still ok then drive home on lpg, if there is pressure in the system I know for certain it's the vaporiser.

I will update again tomorrow with final results.

Hi all,

It's confirmed to be the vaporiser, I drove home Friday night on LPG and today the coolant was under pressure.

This almost backfired on me though as I started the engine to run to temperature on petrol and it was air locked shiiiiiit, managed to get the air out and the overflow came through and eventually got heat through in the cab.

Definitely another notch on saint v8's wall, but a big thank you to everyone who took an interest and helped me out.

Have a good weekend

John
