Still waiting as she is last in queue and recovery reception is closed.

:p

But news is she has had growth removed and is staying the night.

so she will be well ****ed off when she comes round-just waiting

Who says bringing up children is hard work, got our three year old to clean teath and ready for bed, when settled- cleaned and fed animals and now relaxing after a day sitting in a plastic and uncomfortable chair with a worried Girlfriend.

Tomorrow I have the joy of breakfast, play school where I take our child and seem to be the only dad who drops their child off ever. Then the daily grind.

Hard Luck life for me:p

its not hard work just incessant, but worth it

Actually it is hard work , it's just that most of you have a partner who does that bit leaving you with the easier bit

but you are right about two things - it is incessant and it is worth it (most of the time:eek:)

hard work fitting a gear boxes engines, changing bushes ,sweating in summer and freezing in winter ,straining your arms/back /hands till you have prolapsed discs ,nerve damage in your arms /hands ,i have and do often look fully after my knippers while mrs at work etc incessant is right word

hard work can be trying to sort out whether or not to leave someone who is suicidal in the community or bring them into hospital whilst running two teams whilst getting the budget prepared for your meeting that afternoon whilst getting the football strip your son has left at home and needs for after school to him whilst speaking to your child's school who has had a run in with a teacher as she has asbergers whilst the carers who look after your child at Uni ring to say she's having a bad run of hypos and to bring forward her hospital appointment whilst working out what time the potatoes need to go on for tonight's tea so you can ring your 15 year old to tell her whilst ringing the csa to find out whilst you've had no money for 6 months whilst working out how many eggs you need to buy to make 22 cakes etc etc etc etc etc - now that can be hard work :p

it can and im not belittling it ,but alot work knowing their buggering their bodies not out of choice but choice of work ,when young,i too have most of those things as well as work ,luckily i have someone to share that with, busy is different from hard work:)

Coughs who me, beer and a chat with my friends-no distractions so I can catch up on things!

With all the various things going on it will be nice to put my feet up and have some first class banter.

You never know may also see black n decker make a guest appearance too if we are lucky

It is all gone but she has to have camera up there ever 4 months for a year or so, then once a year for 10 years so they say today.

As I have been looking after our 4 year old and girlfriend, haven't been around much- but I haven't gone, just been keeping things together on the domestic side of things.

Looking forward to getting back into my usual LZ fix over Christmas:D
