Its not fully original but looks in reasonable condition. Wonder if they'll get their £3,500.

What is with the 1,997 Petrol Engine?

It's not worth the £3500 asking price. There's no mention of the mileage and if it's been so wonderfully looked after, why fit a front bumper that is incorrect?
It's a 1.8 early Freelander that is on the market for the same price as a late FL1 facelift. So it's not good value for money.
Especially if you factor in that likelihood that it's going to have spent the earlier part of its life, being thrashed and bashed by a bunch of motoring journalists.
