When under car today I noticed spot of power steering fluid.and lots of oil is this a new power steering pump or is there a fix that can be done

PS leaks arw normally shrunken and hardened pipes. Try a new clip and tighten it firmly. ;)

I'll need to check on mine before committing to an answer that.
The photo is looking up from where skid plate was looking up to where power steering pump is.
There 2 pipes going in pump.one we bolt and other could be pipe we jubilee clip or clamp of some sort

The banjo bolt fitting is the high pressure output. The HP pipes almost never leak at the swaged fitting. In my experience, worm drive and clamp type hose clips cause leaking over time. This is due to hose hardening and shrinkage.
Often these leaks are cured, simply by replacing the clip with a better, tighter clip.
