I've not had chance to take the landy out since last saturday. However every morning when I left for work (on the push bike) I noticed a small amount of liquid building up underneath the engine. Well I've just been under the wagon and it seems like it has come from the pipe at the back of the power steering pump. Is it normal for the copper washer to fail? How much life should you get out of the pipes?

Definately power steering fluid as the resevoir has gone down.:(

Try just nipping it up, its probably just worked loose or the copper washer has been reused to many times

Noop - still leaking. I'll try to identify exactly where it is leaking.

Has anyone else had a leaky pump?

I had this as a fail on my mot! I couldn't tighten the fitting any more so I undone it and put a bit ptfe tape on the threads and tightened back up....leak fixed!
