here is the central locking diagram for 2001 onwards

which is going to be the wire as it shows 2 wires going to make the circuit for the lock i was expecting to see 3
1 lock
1 unlock

Lock is the K (pink) wire
Unlock is the O (orange) wire
Earth is earth ;)
The CCU simply reverses the polarity of the 2 door motor wires. So the pink would go to 85 on 1 relay and 86 goes to earth.
The other relay orange goes to 85 with 86 to earth.
Both relays 30 goes to earth.
Both relays 87 to blue/black.

Just a thought.
I think the NK (brown/pink) might be a better wire to correct to instead of the K (pink) wire. This would mean the mirrors only work on deadlocks and not the internal door push button.

Yes the deadlock would be better idea,

hopefully if i get time i will see if it is something to wire inside the door or under the dash :)

then see how much wire i need to buy lol

It's wireable from the CCU and take 1 wire to the dash switch or close to it.
You won't need much wire. I did look into making Diy kits a while back, but never got round to actually doing anything about it.
