There is a very real possibility that Devon County Council will advertise the possible enforcement of a TRO on Hiller Lane (see SX8870-2a on the wayfinder site) in the very near future. As a local laner I'm very concerned about this and would like some help/advice.
I have it on VERY good authority that this TRO is the wish of a few councilors, looking to apease elderly local voters, whilst the Highways Dept would welcome as much oposition as possible so that they might fight the proposal.
I will post further details of this as they become available but would ask that especially disabled and local (or both) drivers contact either Devon County Council or Teignbridge District Council directly to voice their opposition. I will post contact details for both these organisations shortly.
