Problem with SD is a bend over D post, i think.
In case of sump guard . NAS versions of mantec one have cut out. EU spec V6 can use the same guard like other engines.
Cut out was done because V6 in NAS spec have many problems with overheating engine/auto gearbox.

I wonder what is so different with the NAS spec. I can confirm that my OEM guard has the same cut out ( I am in Canada thus have the NAS spec)
