hi i found that my 200tdi was running a bit ruff and a lot of smoke when i got to the first junction about 100 yrds . found the bottom crank pully lose, striped it to find the first wood ruff key had gone and the second on all in bits, so replaced the cambelt and keys but still running ruff, could i have bent the push rods, any help pls.. thanks woody..:(
 
if the slot is damaged-as many do then it is an issue.
People have tried to braise them and id doesn't work.
 
built it back up it now ticks over nice but when i try to rev it, it sounds lumpy and lots of white smoke at the rear, could it be my diesel pump any help pls..
