So they are a longterm advantage, spot on i will get a kit and all bolts ordered right away. ok am not the greatest with a computer just the basics, but i do try my best. i've only just found your section on fitting parts its a really big help, must take a fair time to comprise all of that well done. I will have to have a good look around the site then to save asking silly questions

Disadvantage: they're stiffer, so they limit suspension flexibility compared to rubber bushes.
Apparently someone is developing a polybush that's soft like rubber, but I don't know any more details on them or whether they're (widely) available yet.

the orange flo flex ones are designed for extreme articulation when offroad,but also give you a good ride on road,the yellow britpart ones are really stiff and tend to split a lot
