I took the rear seats out of mine a couple of weeks ago and fitted a commercial bulkhead. Had to modify the roof lining slightly to take the upper mounts, but otherwise pretty straightforward. You have to take the forward side-mouldings out too (the ones behind the front seats) when fitting the cage. They are torx fittings and yes, you can take those floor bars out. There are two torx per seat accessible when the seats are folded forward and another 2 per seat accessible under the seat in the footwell. There's a locator pin under the seat on the rear floor that helps line it all up.

Standard commercial floor is the wrong shape for the rear mouldings. If you're going to take those out then fine, but I wanted to keep mine in so am using the floor I bought as a template for the front section and will make a new template for rear. I plan to hinge the front section and install a second battery, inverter and 12v sockets in the rear footwell on one side, keeping the other side for recover ropes, shackles etc.

Mine is a van. It measures 1.42m in the cargo bay, so not enough to sleep in :D

The divider is just behind the front seats, the car-wide floor support bracket is screwed to the floor (sticking out about a cm through the floor...)
That's real tidy, I love it
