I know I've seen a guide on doing this... but for the life of me I can't find it!!
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Use fish tank foam..

It lasts much longer than the LR foam!

Mine has completely gone, again. PITA. I'm going to get some perforated aluminium or similar.

I replaced mine with the original material, however I wrapped it in fly screen first. Looks good and lasts well.

Use the foam sandwiched between decent black nylon mesh (eg insect screen) for doors. I'm two years in on mine, and still in good condition, whereas the LR foam lasted about 3 months.
Only other tip, loosen but leave in the top screw on the A pillar seal, the other side can remain in place. The bottom of the seal needs to move to remove the windscreen finisher strip, but the top doesnt. Replace all screws with s.s. and put a blob of rtv on each screw
